Sizing and fit may vary slightly depending on the shoe model and personal preference. Review any fit information included in the product description before selecting your size.
When between sizes, consider selecting the larger size for additional room.
Wanted to move these shoes but they are insanely narrow. I even tried unlacing them for a wider setting and it didnt work. If you have wider feet I suggest passing on these. I never had issues with Dunks until this pair. The shoe itself is nice, just too narrow for my liking.
Absolutely love these shoes, havent been able to really test the waterproof aspect but in terms of daily use I cannot say enough good things about them.. Even bought a second pair!
Like the shoes very much had to return them because I found them for $40 less within 24 hours of receiving.
I was honestly disappointed, i loved how they look and that they are goretex, but whats the point of them being waterproof when they are the most slippery shoes on earth. Almost fell multiple times with how slippery these are.
Best shoes I've ever worn. I normally use size 10 in Jordans but I orderer size 11 and It's perfect. I love the materials and look!
I wish they had it in triple black because this is going to be my work shoes. The shoe is almost completely lined in waterproof Gortex and the tongue is connected to the upper of the shoe so your pretty much waterproof until the water gets in from your ankles.
Most comfortable and slickest Dunks I own. Great for the rain that just started this week.
Runs very slim compared to normal dunks
Super comfy right out the box. I was worried they might be stiff with the Gore-Tex layering, but honestly? No break-in needed. Id say they fit true to size with just enough padding around the ankle to feel snug without being bulky. Perfect for all-day wear, whether Im running errands or on my feet for a full activation.
The Gore-Tex upgrade is what sold me. I wanted a sneaker that could survive NYC weather without sacrificing style, and these deliver. Water beads right off. No soggy socks, even after surprise downpours. The leather and textile combo still feels breathable, not plasticky like some weatherproof kicks.
If youre looking for a sneaker that holds up in the rain, still turns heads, and doesnt feel like a hiking boot the Dunk Low GTX is it. Stylish and stormproof!!
THESE SHOES ARE THE TRUTH. COMFORTABLE, WATERPROOF, and FIREEEE. I receive so many compliments every time I wear them. The triple black design is chefs kiss! They are super comfortable; since the first wear Ive worn them for 8 or more hours and have yet to have any pain. The 3D Nike symbol is such a nice touch and often has people saying Those are Nike??? The waterproof design is new to me but I adore it so much. I just wish there was a reflective element to the anthracite color since it looks a little gray compared to the other black shades.
This is not your ordinary Nike Dunk. The most distinguishing aspect of this shoe is obviously the Gore-Tex materials. I put it through the test and rummaged through some mildly deep puddles and there was no water penetration through the materials.
The materials also add to the rugged aesthetic. I really like the swoosh that pops out. It's made of a TPU material so it stands out. The leathers used seem the be the same as your typical dunks. So they broke in nicely after a couple wears.
Comfort is just about the same as my Nike dunks since the tech involved isn't very special. They'll break in over time and be more comfortable. Just don't expect ZoomX type cushioning.
Great aesthetic and water repellency make this a great casual fall/winter shoe for wet weather.
When I first received this sneaker in hand, I noticed the differing variation compared to other Dunk Low silhouette in that the material is of higher quality and that it's waterproof, which is new to me in the case of Gtx sneakers. The fit is alright and fits like the usual dunk sneakers that take a few wears to break-in.
If there's improvements that could be made to the sneaker, I would recommend expanding for differing colorways for people that want more than an all-black sneaker, and improving the fit of the sneaker as it is uncomfortable to wear at times.
Overall, I would give positive ratings on the sneaker and think would be better served for people who live in areas where the waterproofing aspect of the sneaker would allow for maximum use.
Ive been wearing the Nike Dunk Low GTX for a while now, and theyve quickly become one of my favorite pairs. Theyre really comfortable, and the materials feel high-quality and built to last. The all-black design makes them super versatile. I can wear them with just about anything.
Living in a rainy state where the rain doesnt let up for a week so, I really appreciate that theyre truly waterproof, water rolls right off. At the same time, theyre still breathable, which keeps my feet from overheating. The traction is solid too, which makes a big difference when Im outdoors or on slick surfaces.
Overall, these are a great mix of comfort, durability, and style. Perfect for someone like me whos on their feet a lot and needs something reliable in all kinds of weather.
The Nike Dunk GTx is a summer essential. Its timeless silhouette delivers proven comfort, while the durable GTx materials ensure it can handle daily wear. The best part? The masterful color selection. This shoe's versatile palette makes it incredibly easy to style, seamlessly matching anything in your wardrobe. With a wide range of colors all built on this solid platform, the Dunk GTx is a flawless blend of function, comfort, and style.
I picked up the Nike Dunk Low GORE-TEX in the triple black colorway a few weeks ago, and overall Im really happy with them. Out of the box, they look super clean, very stealthy, all black, with just a little GORE-TEX tag on the side. The materials feel premium and more solid than a normal Dunk, and I can tell theyre built for tougher use. They definitely feel stiffer at first, though. The waterproof leather and lining make them less flexible, so it took a few wears before they started to break in.
On foot, they run true to size, and once broken in theyre comfortable enough for everyday wear. The weather protection is excellent. Ive worn them on the golf course in the rain and through wet sidewalks, and my feet have stayed dry. The outsole has good grip too, which is a noticeable upgrade from standard Dunks. I wouldnt call them 100% waterproof in every situation, if water gets in through the tongue or collar youll still feel it, but for normal rainy days they hold up great.
Style-wise, theyre super versatile. Triple black goes with everything, and I like that theyre low-key but still sharp. They do get a little warm if you wear them all day in hot weather, since they dont breathe as much, and theyre heavier than my other Dunks. But for fall, winter, or just rainy days, theyre perfect.
These shoes are for sure my favorite pair of dunks I own now, the extra durability and weatherproofing are worth it, and the premium materials mean they will likely last much longer than my other dunks. If you just want a lightweight summer sneaker, these probably arent the best choice, but if you need something that can handle the elements and still look good, these are a solid buy
These shoes are decent overall. They do fit well and have a decent footbed. Comfortable but not too comfortable. The materials are premium quality as Nike always delivers. They feel pretty soft on the inside. I just wasnt blown away by these shoes at all. Its so weird, I dont like them or hate them. My opinion is just neutral. They are decent shoes though overall.
I wasn't expecting these to be that comfortable and look that sleek. They fit great and I enjoy the thicker tongue on these, makes the fit more comfortable. For the style of these I personally wear them as a business casual but you could easily wears these as casual or work shoes. Its very versatile. I would totally recommend these to anyone.
I got the Dunk Low Gtx to rock with my black on black wardrobe, and to stay dry during the upcoming fall/winter months in Chicago. The shoes are extremely sturdy/durable, offering protection from wind/water/the elements, but are still very comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy they are.
I know these shoes will last awhile because of the quality of the materials (GORE-TEX) and thats a W in my book!
They fit true to size and go with so many different looks. I want these in more colors!! <3
The Nike dunk low gore-tex is where style meets function. The sneakers implements goretex in which the shoe takes a weather-proof/water-resistant take to the dunks classic upper to keep moisture out.
Although the materials were a different in several panels compared to regular dunks, a soft yet durable synthetic leather was used to prevent water from entering. Design modification such as covered toe cap holes was used to prevent water from entering. The leather swoosh was replaced with a 3D synthetic swoosh.
The outsoles traction is enhanced to allow for more grip on wet and slick surfaces. This makes them great for rainy day or snowy surfaces.
The triple black colorway made for a great addition to the sneaker rotation. The sleek designs with the Its versatile as it can go with just about any outfit due to the use of neutral color. Great for looks that suit fall/winter season and rainy cities.
My favorite aspect was the durability of the upper. It served its purpose in keeping my feet dry in wet conditions whether walking through puddles or enduring heavy rain. The addition of a padded tongue, the interior lining made for a comfortable fit.
One thing I would change would be the fit of the interior lining. The material on the inside adds a little bulk to the inside which makes for a tad bit slightly fit regarding the width of the shoe.
Looking for a pair of Dunks that you dont have to worry about the materials getting wet or ruining? Look no further!
I loved how the materials work in all conditions. I wasnt sure how the Gore-Tex would look on a pair of Dunks, but they look awesome in person!
The fit was normal, but the sneaker on foot felt a little more premium than I remember dunks feeling.
The cushion felt plush and offered comfort for all day wear.
I could literally wear these for work, to the gym, a casual night, or even a dress up night! These look good no matter the occasion and once again no matter the weather you are good to go!
The shoes fit like a glove and feel comfy. I like how theres plenty of room in the toe box area. I think the all black design and color way is dope. The design is sleek and futuristic. I like how the Nike check is made of thick rubber and stands out. The fabric is breathable and durable, perfect for rugged terrain. The fabric is moisture-wicking and keeps my feet dry while on the trails. What I liked most about these shoes is the comfortability and durability and how they keep my feet protected and dry. I cant think of anything I would change about these cool shoes. I definitely recommend getting a pair.
The Dunk Low Gtx as soon as you hold the pair, you can instantly tell the quality of the shoe is top tier. The all black shoe and goretex material not only makes it stand out amongst other black dunk, but it also makes the shoe feel heavier the fit of the shoe felt slightly tighter than normal dunks, but this shoe would go great in a work environment that requires an all black quality pair of shoes.
The Nike Dunk Low Gore-Tex model is a very welcomed upgrade to the classic Nike Dunk model, a shoe perfect for casual life needs while staying in style in a timeless way. The addition of Gore-Tex helps beef the low top up in preparation for the colder and wetter climates of fall and winter months. Overall I really enjoyed the thought, but I wish they wouldve spent more time on the final product. The bottom soles do feel like they can withstand more, but beyond that and the Gore-Tex tag, they dont feel all that different than a regular pair of Dunks. The small circular holes that normally appear on Dunks are now covered, as is the entire upper part of the shoe, in the Gore-Tex material, but I dont know if this makes them fully waterproof or just water resistant to a certain degree. The somewhat upgraded materials provide assurance, but the shoes lose points by being very wide open around the ankle or opening of the shoe, which makes it more like a regular casual Dunk and less like something youd reach for in the rain or snow. I might personally not be in the right climate area, living in the northeast means Ill need much heavier duty options than these, but maybe I can use these for quick runs or taking dogs outside shortly instead of long term outdoor benefits. The wide opening is also frustrating when compounded with the narrow toe box. You have to loosen your laces to make room for your feet, but too loose and theyre slipping off with every step you take. The laces are another place that couldve been buffed up to match the promise of heavier durability, maybe waxed canvas or some other type of weather coating wouldve been nice, but the laces they come with feel exactly like other laces from other Dunks. Ive received Dunks before that would ship with multiple laces, these feel like they couldve been shipped laced up with quality heavy duty option and regular laces thrown in the box for those wanting that option. Overall, the Nike Dunk is a great silhouette and a good piece to have in any shoe collection, so even though they have their drawbacks, Im still happy to own these at the end of the day. And for what its worth, the Nike Swoosh being embossed and popping out more than normal is a really cool addition, but it seems to be the only aesthetic difference you can see from these and any other pair of all black Nike Dunks.
Grabbed the Nike Dunk Low Gtx in the black colorway and Im really happy with them. Super comfortable, which is exactly what I expect from Dunks. I havent worn a pair in years, but slipping these on felt right away like coming back to something familiar. The black is broken up with a little bit of dark grey, which gives them some nice depth without overdoing it. And the Gore-Tex is a nice touch. Glad I went with these.
The Nike Dunk Low GTX feels sturdy and gives off a non-slip, work-shoe vibe. It reminds me of the shoes I used to wear at Hardees when the floor could get wet or oily. The fit is true to size, but the sole is a bit hard, so as someone with a heavier footfall, its not as comfortable as regular Dunks for long periods.
The design is clean and sleek, easy to pair with casual outfits, and the GTX fabric feels durable and weather-resistant, which I really like. My favorite part is the traction feel. It feels reliable for slippery conditions, though I havent tested it in actual rain or ice yet. If I could change anything, Id soften the sole just a little for more comfort.
The Nike Dunk Low GTX is a sleek, functional option for rainy days, thanks to its full Gore-Tex construction. The all-black colorway keeps the design clean and versatile, while the reflective swoosh adds a subtle but sharp touch.
The shoe fits true to size, though the Gore-Tex material does make it a bit stiff at first it takes some time to break in compared to standard dunks. That said, the build feels durable, and the outsole looks like it offers solid traction, which is a big plus for wet conditions.
Overall, its a minimalist, weather-ready pair that Im glad to have in my rotation for those wetter days. Not much Id change here it does exactly what its meant to do.
