If your feet are wide point five will work, if not go point five up your regular shoe size. I�m a nine I took an eight point five and it was rubbing against my toes however, these shoes are rather comfortable especially if you are a long stander which I am. I definitely recommend but choose your width and sizing correctly.

This is a great shoe to replace the Invincible. I don�t need the most cushioning, so these were plenty for easy runs and long runs and I didn�t need to spend the extra $$ for the Premium or Plus. I�m on the lighter side (105 lbs.) and I can see getting at least 550 miles out of these shoes. That said, I bought a second pair on standby.

These shoes, however, run small. I had to size up 1.5 from my usual 1.

I really love the cushion on these shoes. I wear them to run on light trail, run errands, pretty much everything except intense terrain. Truly one of the best rides out there. My only complaint, as others have noted, is the narrow toe box. I have a pretty normal/narrow toe shape and even I find these a bit tight. At times I wish I had sized up from my usual 8.5 but when I tried on the 9, they felt way too big. I honestly think it has to just be an issue with the narrow toe box. Please Nike just widen the toe box a bit! You�ve done a wider toe box with the Zegama�s so I know it is possible! ?????? they would be perfect!

Love these shoes, just bought a second pair as a backup. So comfortable and have good bounce to them.

Very cushioned and bouncy. Old shoes were making my knees achy after just 2 miles on a treadmill; sped through 3 miles in this pair and felt like I could go much longer. Ran true to size.

Very nice shoe and feel so so comfortable !!! Sizing up is important I normally wear a size 8-8.5 shie depending on on the shoe however with these shoes I found myself purchasing a whole size up because they were mashing my toes at my regular size sizing up a half is not enough!!! I also read the reviews on people complaining on sizing up a half size and it still being too small. Size up a complete size for orthopedic I would do a complete size and a half. I got the 9.5 and it is perfect. I hope this could help someone.

These Vomero 18s are just so good. I walk/run 5+ miles daily. And even though I live near Nike Headquarters, Im always trying other brands.... But with this recent Nike design , Vomero, well, Im now on my 3rd pair. About the fit: not too high of a sole but lots of bounce, plus this shoes hold up really well. My feet are med/narrow, and I have the dreaded second long toe, which makes shoe fit even harder. Often a shoe is either not long enough or too wide...However bought this pair online, to take advantage of a sale. Happy to say they fit perfect! (Ready to buy my next pair)

These are the best shoes I have ever bought. They are great to work in for over 8 hours being on your feet daily.

Amazing! These are by far the most comfortable shoes I�ve ever owned. I walk a lot at work and I needed something comfortable and first I bought On Clouds and hated them. I love them so much I bought them in two other colors!

I have worn every Vomero model since the beginning. Some are better than others. Depends on your own individual preferences.My favorite was the Vomero 17.Just perfection.Lots of toe room and plenty of cushion.Holds my thinner heel in. Sadly they changed the model quite a bit.The Vomero 18 is super padded.Like I am walking on marshmellows.That is where the praise stops. They tapered the front of the sneaker. The 17 was rounded this one is much more tapered.Don't understand why.People have larger feet these days.My own foot is thin. It is just too high.I feel they are better for walking.The height gives me the stilt effect when I run.No not an improvement for me. I see the reviews.I won't be buying 10 pair like I did with the 17.

This sneakers is very comfortable & padded. I use it for walking/running. It supports my feet well.

These are the most comfy shoes I have worn to date. I walked over 5 miles in these the 1st day I got them and didn�t have my normal joint pain I normal would a few miles in. Highly recommended. Great for running as well. I walk on treadmill and outdoors as well. Both have worked great with the shoes.

Very comfortable and look very nice. My only complaint is the toe box is short. The height is not very tall so my big toe hits whenever I walk. Also, the length isn't very long in the shoe so I definitely recommend sizing a half-size up. I bought a wide and I thought that would be good enough, but I definitely recommend sizing up instead.

I love the look of this shoe. They make my feet numb, which I was hoping was not going to be the case. I loved my nike infinity but they were discontinued. Here these were the new similar shoe. Hoping this will go away.

Very comfortable!! I have painful flat feet and these sneakers have great arch support and cushion with a bounce. I have three pairs!! Great colors as well!!

Love the shoe, ordering was easy shipping was quick. My only bad thought was I tried the shoe on in a store. They only had a man�s shoe and told me the width would be the same. Had I known I would�ve bought the wide width but that�s the star training not Nike.

I work on my feet on concrete all day. These are the most comfortable shoes I've found. I've been recommending them to all of my coworkers.

I have extra wide feet but am very comfortable in non wide v18s. They feel like walking on a cloud. I use them for elliptical walking and running. I�m excited to see a new wide offering that I will also need to try

I just recently bought these. Love the color and love the fit. I normally wear a 7W, but I ordered a 7.5 size and I didn't need the extra Width. They are so comfortable. I usually have trouble finding comfortable tennis shoes and I am an active walker. Nike has been the only brand I have found over the years that are comfortable for my feet.
