The metcon has changed so much, looks cheap and is now wider and way less flexible and less cute! Returned!

I purchased these because I needed a shoe that I could use for cross training. I�m glad I chose these. They were perfect for all of my workouts throughout the week including squats and walking on the treadmill. They are stable but flexible. I�m usually a 7.5 but always go up half a size for my workout shoes. I have narrow feet and going with the size 8 was a good idea because the 7.5 might�ve been too snug. The price was also good for the quality.

I love the way the Metcon 5�s fit. They are very comfortable for all of my workouts. I recently had purchased a pair of Metcon 6�s and I had to return they fit too wide. So whenever I come across a Metcon 5 I will purchase before they go out of stock. Please make the Metcon 6�s more narrow.

True to size and comfortable right out of the box. I used it today at CrossFit, and I recommend it.

These shoes are great for flat foot people including myself. These shoes are very comfortable. I workout in these shoes and wear them to work as well. They are better than my vapor max hands down.

Love the design and sleekness but they run small I ordered a 9 but I should have sized up by half a size so for that I give 4 starts

These were comfortable and perfect right out of the box. No breaking in needed. I wanted them for lifting and cross training. The toe box is roomy, the tongue is attached so it doesn�t move around and I feel solid support. I always order my workout shoes one full size bigger (from any brand) than regular dress shoes. So as expected, the 7.5 fit perfectly. I love the white with the bit of blue and tiny slash of pink. These are great!

This will be my 3rd purchase. I love to wear them for strength trainging and also cardio.

This shoes are so cute and comfortable. Runs small. I wear an 8 in women but that was too tight with thick socks so i got an 8.5

It's a little small, I'm a size 7.5 and the left foot was very tight. I plan to return them and order another size 8.

Love them, very cute but size up. I am normally a size 9, my toes were squashed to the front of the shoe. I had to return the 9 ordered 9 1/2. Although, it�s a better fit, they run wide. The heel also stick out a bit but I got the for standing and walking at work. They were very comfortable on my feet and relieved my knee and hip pain. Overall, nice shoe.

I�m an avid crossfitter and absolutely love Nike Metcons. These are my go to shoes for every workout. I can lift, run, bike, box jump, etc. I honestly thought they were invincible and indestructible. That is until it came to rope climbs. My first workout rope climbing shredded my beloved Nike Metcons. When I was climbing the rope and coming down, one would have thought it was snowing. The white material disintegrated into fluffy pieces of white material. Nike, can you please make these shoes withstand through rope climbs?

I luv this Mauve color so much that I bought a Nike T-shirt the same color and the shoes are so cute and comfortable that I'm going to use them for work.

I bought the black/anthracite/white and sanddrift/phantom/light iron ore/white pairs. The black definitely runs more true to size and the sanddrift was more lose so I�d reccommend half sizing down. The shoes are definitely great for weightlifting, comfortable and stylish. My go to gym shoe. Highly recommended.

Good shoes for work outs give you arch support and comfortable for all day casual wear I�m not a runner but I do enjoy walks with these

Absolutely love these shoes! Even more comfortable than my previous metcons that I bought.

As a longtime wearer of the Nike Free TR series for all my gym (strength/cardio) workouts, I was dismayed when Nike discontinued that series. Finally, I begrudgingly bought a pair of Free Metcon 4s, which I was pleasantly surprised to find offered almost as much flexibility as the Free TRs, but with a bit more stability and support. The Free Metcon 5s are superior to their predecessor, with better arch support and increased cushioning throughout, especially around the ankle. I initially ordered them in my regular size, but found them to be snug and short, so I exchanged them for a half size up for a little extra room, especially with thicker socks. Overall, a great training shoe for all gym workouts and light running.

Love these Metcons! As soon as I put them on, they felt so comfy. They do run true to size.

They are so comfortable to work with and workout. I might get me another pair.

I bought them in April 2024 at first they felt comfortable a few days later they didn't fit me and the sole is coming off

I have to get used to the heel part - I tend to drag my foot due to ACL/meniscus repair and this design reminds me to walk correctly.

Comfy shoes for CrossFit, however the bottoms are a lot of foam for many activities. The second week wearing them they got a huge chunk of them taken out while doing box jumps. They become untied during jump rope, and while doing a lot of feet stabilized activities tend to hurt my feet over time

These shoes are so cute but they hurt my toes sooo bad. I�ve had them for about 2 months and I thought maybe if I break them in some they won�t hurt so bad. But still no luck, it feels as if my toes are blistering with every wear.
