These Nike Ava Edge shoes are SO incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband is the true reviewer, but we wear almost the same size so I snuck in a few wears after hearing how comfy they were from him! They have great support around the ankle and roll just right as you put your foot down. He wore these shoes to the zoo on a family outing and had no complaints about his feet hurting after all the walking we did. The design is super nice and sleek, and I�m excited to see more color ways come out. The cushion in the sole really elevates the shoe and makes them functional and comfortable while also being stylish.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, lots of cushion; I can wear them all day without my feet hurting. There is only one issue: the design is really not to my liking. They're just too loud for me. I will keep them for theme park adventures and neighborhood walks!

My stepsons has been wearing the Nike Ava Edge for the past few weeks, and they�ve quickly became his favorite pair of shoes. He�s usually pretty picky, so I wasn�t sure what he�d think, but he loved them right away. They fit true to size and were comfortable from the first time he put them on. He loves wearing them when he goes and works out at the gym everyday, and a few people commented on the style of the shoe. The style is what really sold him. He likes that they look different without being over the top, and they go with just about everything he wears. We�re getting ready to go on vacation, and the first thing he said was that he was packing these because he can�t wait to wear them and show them off.
The cushioning is very supportive and is probably his favorite thing about the shoe design. They are so light weight and can be wore all day with no discomfort.
The quality has been really good too. They feel well made, and nothing about them feels cheap. If he had to change one thing, he�d probably just like to see more color choices.
Overall, he is very happy with them. It�s nice when you find a pair of shoes that look good and are actually comfortable enough to wear all day. He would definitely recommend them to every one he meets.

We got the Nike Eva Edge men�s shoe in size 7.5 men�s. They first true to size! We got the black metallic silver color which was so easy to keep clean since it�s black and the silver metallic bottoms make it so when using or wearing the dirt and wear does not show so this design of having the bottom part be silver was nice nice and smart as it helps the shoe looking new even after so many wears. Wearing these for 12 hours a day no issues. They were comfortable and breathable even with long stand work days. The design makes it also easy to slip on and off without really undoing the laces every time. Been wearing it daily for a couple weeks all day and the shoes barely look worn and still feel very comfortable. The one issue noticed was we were dining at a restaurant and the flooring of that specific restaurant was smooth where the specific grips on these shoes did not work and so my husband wearing it was slipping in the restaurant and had to be extra careful on that specific surface when wearing these shoes so that would be one thing to change about these shoes.

These fit great and felt broken in by the second wear. No stiff edges and no rubbing

These have real grip and a noticeable spring in the step, which is especially useful for longer walks,, running errands, and anything where I�m on my feet for a long time.

The mesh upper breathes well.

Lacing is snug without being tight. I never had to stop and readjust mid-run.

Worth the price. I�d buy another pair in a different colorway.

I�ve been wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say they�ve exceeded my expectations. The black, grey, and white color combination is sleek and versatile. The fit of this shoe is fantastic! A great all-around shoe whether you�re using it for cardio, in the gym, or just around town. The upper body has a nice fit that is snug enough to make your foot feel secure but not too tight that it feels uncomfortable. The light materials make your foot feel weightless even though there is a solid support system going on underneath. Beyond the fit, the look is outstanding. Very sleek and a great color combo, these shoes have become more than just a workout shoe for me but also a fashion statement. Highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical about these shoes at first and I like them a lot more than I thought I would. A lot of that comes down to cushioning. They are extremely comfortable and great for walking around all day. The cushioning can be very bouncy so I wouldn't recommend using these for serious exercise. As far as fit goes, I would go with whatever size you usually use for Nike running shoes. They fit pretty true to size in that regard, maybe a little more narrow. I ended up putting the shoe stretcher in these guys for a few hours and now they fit great. The traction on the bottom is pretty darn good. I can see why they market these for walking through the city.
The design on these is pretty bold, but that mostly comes down to this silver colorway. I will say that they look a lot better in person than the product photos I've seen. Online the midsole looks odd, but it's not that off-putting in person. I've gotten quite a few compliments on them. Overall, quality is good. I'm not seeing any major QC issues or poor craftsmanship.
All in all, I think these are a pretty great lifestyle shoe choice for those who prefer comfort over fashion. Not that these are unfashionable. I think the cushioning speaks for itself and is my favorite part. I do wish, as with a lot of Nike products, that they focused more on using sustainable materials.

The Ava edge feels very comfortable, snug, and very lightweight. For the fit I went a half size up but I would recommend true to size for most people. When running they have a slight bounce and make walking a smooth and comfy experience. Felt great all day doing anything I needed them for, from running errands to working at a desk or even exploring the local nature paths. These are so much lighter than most of my other shoes I could almost forget I�m wearing them. I really like the shape of the foam, it has a very interesting almost flat to 3D wave like pattern. Seems like the foam extends up a bit on the heel to help stability, and I believe is made from Supercritical Foam or SCF which is eco friendly if that�s important to you. The upper has a web pattern, not sure what it�s made of but it holds the shape very well with a good amount of flex. Something really interesting I�ve noticed is very few stitch lines are visible near the top and bottom of the laces/heel, every other piece is connected through flush lines. I think this gives the shoe a very unique clean look, this shows well in the back where the metallic silver goes from fade to cut. Near the top of the silver fade there�s a bit of venting everywhere the fade touches. The upper is thin but surprisingly feels strong and durable while also holding in warmth decently. My main concern with shoes like these are usually the foam, this foam feels like it will last longer than a lot of the others I�ve tried. Overall I like the color way the most. A silver fade to black looks very pleasing to my eye especially with the clean cut in the back, love how the silver shines. The Ava edge is great as is, the only change I could see possibly making this shoe better is experimenting with different foam patterns.

The Nike Ava Edge is a comfortable, almost bouncy shoe with lots of foam cushioning that makes it easy to wear all day. In terms of fit, I would say that it runs a bit small if you have wider feet like me, so I would suggest going a half-size up your normal size in Nike sneakers otherwise the outside of your feet may be squished. Other than that, it is a very comfortable shoe that you will barely notice on your feet during the day. The mesh upper is soft and breathable, and the shoe itself is lightweight. I got the black and silver colorway, with a metallic almost spray paint looking gradient across the upper and down to the sole, which paired well with a futuristic look. As someone with tons of sneakers, I can comfortably say that I don't have any others with this distinctive colorway. The shape and style of the sneaker is sleek and similarly futuristic, which makes it easy to wear as well. Overall I would recommend the Nike Ava Edge for a comfortable daily shoe to walk around in the city.

These shoes are pretty darn comfortable. They are perfect for hitting the gym or everyday walking around shoes! I wouldn�t personally use them as running shoes for anything over a couple miles but awesome for everything else. The padding on the tongue & (especially) the heel tab is a nice touch! Normally these pieces on mesh upset shoes are flimsy and can often be uncomfortable. Overall the shoe fit true to size and think it has a great aesthetic. Very interested to see what other colorways come out!

I am surprised at how often I find myself wearing the Nike Ava Edge. I�ll be honest, I�m not completely sold on the shiny silver design on the upper portion of the shoe (it feels a little too conspicuous); however, they fit me like a glove. As a 42-year old father of two daughters that play competitive soccer, I am constantly running them around to practice and games. These shoes are my go-to. They have great cushioning and are supportive. This is especially important for someone that sometimes struggles to find a shoe that can keep up with me. Most importantly, they have not shown any signs of wear after the abuse of concrete and weathering from soggy fields.

As a life long Nike brand loyalist, I admit these shoes rank near the top of my list. Color be darned.

Right out of the box, the first thing that hits you is the design language. Nike is leaning heavily into futurism with the Ava Edge. Where the previous Ava Rover had a chunky, friendly streetwear look, the Edge is way more aggressive.
The defining feature is the notched, pixelated grid pattern wrapping around the outsole. The upper features a unique mix of woven textiles and mesh netting, overlaid with a geometric grid that makes the shoe look like a 3D architectural render. It�s clean, it looks fast standing still, and it pairs incredibly well with cargos, tech-wear, or cropped pants.
Like its predecessors in the Ava line, the Ava Edge runs narrow and slightly small.
For narrow/average feet: Stick to your true size if you like a very snug, locked-in feel, but going up a half size is highly recommended for daily casual comfort.
For wide feet: You absolutely must go half a size to a full size up, or the structured grid overlays on the side of the shoe will squeeze the sides of your feet.

These Ava Edge shoes are great all around. They have an elevated profile and are comfortable and stylish enough to wear all day. I like the futuristic look of the shoe and that they're surprisingly light. Although the bottom appears "chunky" it really is a slim profile on foot. I actually think it may run a tad small.

The fit was perfect, at first I thought it would be snug but they ended up being roomy enough for runs, walks, and cutting through the trails. The Nike Ava Edge performed amazingly every chance it got. I would be on a paved or rocky trail and feel like I was walking on pillows. With water puddles I was confident that I would not slip and fall like a 1950s cartoon character.

The design reminds me of the times I used to spray paint my old workshop projects in shop class. The art feels like I made the choice to customize it that way. Also it matches the rock dust on the trails in my area. The metallic spray paint design really stands out and is a great pop of color, especially with all the boring flat colored running shoes going around.

The materials are flexible yet strong, and durable yet comfy if that makes sense. Pretty much one of the best shoes you could buy and wear every day without giving it a second thought. Breathable as well.

I liked the style and comfort of the shoes most. It gives off comfy laid back Y2k vibes and that nostalgia makes me appreciate the aesthetic it has going for itself. I would probably change the material to a Gore-Tex because I just love water proofing everything. Other than that it's a perfect all day shoe.

Even after a full day of work, my feet don�t hurt, and I still have plenty of energy to run around and play with my kid without feeling fatigued.

When I got my shoes in the mail, they were so light weight I could not even believe it! The black and silver pattern was even cooler in person, and the materials overall seem super high quality while focusing on comfort. I really liked the cushioned heal, and the way the laces were set up. The tongue of the shoe would not slide around and I was able to take these on some long walks.

One thing on the design though is that the toe box is a bit tight or close to your feet. The shoes fit me well, but I did notice a fair amount of rubbing from the toe box to the top of my toes and almost created a blister. It was not uncomfortable while wearing, but something I noticed afterwards. Also the padded heel is great, but I did notice my heel moved around when I wore the shoes with socks. No blisters, but I was a bit worried while wearing them that this would happen.

The comfort of these shoes is very impressive. The large foam midsole, padded strobel, and insole all add to the great comfort underfoot. The upper material is standard textiles and broke in quickly. I love the extra padding in the heal although they did cause the shoes to run a little small as they push your foot towards the front of the shoe. I would recommend going up half a size or at least trying them on in store if you can. The rubber outsole was rugged and seemed to be made out of a firmer and more durable rubber than most shoes.

The upper is very loud on my metallic pair but the colorway grew on me the more I wore them.

Overall I think they are a great casual shoe to run errands or walking around town. My only major complaint is that the tongue is very thin and can dig into your skin if your socks are too low.

This was my first time wearing this model sneaker from Nike. I have to say I am very happy with the comfort of the shoe. I�ve worn them to the gym for the last couple of weeks and find them to be versatile. I wear them during cardio as well as while weightlifting. I would definitely purchase more pairs in different color-ways in the future

I had really high hopes for this shoe but had a hard time liking it. The shoe looks like it was spray painted with silver paint, which was hard to really appreciate for me. It fits but the toe box is snug and the heel slips. I thought maybe I got the wrong size (10 in AF1s and 10.5 in most other shoes) but I think if I went down a size or half a size then my toes would be squished. The footbed feels comfortable but it doesn�t make up to the weird toe box and heel situation making it feel too big and too small at the same time.

The shoes fit true to size and feel super comfortable right out of the box. The foam use for the use outsole feels bouncy and supportive. I like the design of the outsole by making it stand out with the color combination of a shiny silver with a black combo making it stand out. The texture in the upper matches well with the outsole and makes it looked unique in a good way. The quality of materials in the foam and upper really make this a pair you can wear all day! What I like most of this shoe is the fit, it has a central lacing system and super comfortable upper and foam outsole that has made this a pair I wear daily. Something minor I would change from this great shoe is just maybe a one color version or other color combinations just to see how the shoe looks in different colors ways. Overall, a great shoe that I recommend if you want to be comfortable all day!
