Shipping Time: Once processed, the delivery time for your order will depend on your shipping address:
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges:

Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Order Issues:

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Denim Exchange is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Denim Exchange currently only ships to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
