Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure your experience is smooth, so here's our return policy:

Returns and Exchanges:

- Full-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the items have their original receipt and tags attached.
- Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange only.
- Please note that certain items, such as Jordan/Nike launch products, undergarments, sunglasses, goggles, watches, and jewelry, are final sale.

-Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; however, we provide free exchanges.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Condition of Returned Items:

- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging intact and resellable.
- Shoeboxes should not have any tape or shipping labels on them.

Return Shipping Cost:

- Initially, we will provide you with a return label. However, please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once we receive the return.

Return Shipping Cost for Exchanges: 

- If you're exchanging an item, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of both the return label for sending the item back to us and the new label to ship out the new item to you.



Return Process:

- For in-store returns, bring the item(s), original email confirmation, photo ID, and the credit card used for the purchase to any Denim Exchange retail store.
- Alternatively, you can initiate a return/exchange online through our website.

International Returns:

- Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
- We are not liable for any duty or tax charges incurred at customs.

Gift Returns:

- Received a gift from Denim Exchange? Here's how to handle returns:
- Call 1-323-604-9526 to initiate a return for a gift item.
- Items with a receipt can be exchanged or returned for a Denim Exchange Store Credit.

Backordered Items:

- If an item is on backorder, here's what you need to know:
- Backordered items will ship at a later date, and we'll provide an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and during checkout.
- Your credit card will be authorized on the order date, but you won't be charged until the item ships.
- We'll notify you via email if there are any changes to the backorder ship date.
